It is 90s week for Locked On, so we look at the first rounders of the 90s. It was an odd decade as the Indians spent half of it being terrible and the second half being one of the best teams in baseball. The Indians had 13 picks over that time and while seven of those players made the majors only four played in more than 100 games. Of those four, two were potential Hall of Fame players. The other two where disappointments due to hype and how draft pick status. It also allows for a big What IF scenario involving the 94 draft, where the Indians found a future Major League Player, but could have landed a potential star or two.
