Godfrey Townsend is the Musical Director for the Happy Together Tour band. He is a gifted musician, keyboardist, guitarist and actually began his musical life singing opera at the age of 6. Just Google Godfrey and you can see all of the artists he has performed with. It is truly amazing. On the Happy Together Tour his band is used by every act as their back up band and he and his boys morph into all of us during the course of the show. As a guitarist you want Clapton you've got Clapton, you want Beatles you got it....Godfrey has spent his career elevating others with his talent and musicianship...if he was in your band, or on stage with you, you were better for it.
