Hey LLC crowd!  Happy FRIDAY!    Let's start this week's convo with the realignment that occurred with the Big12, not only do we take it from the FB perspective...we looked at how the other sports fair.  With the entire track and field season coming to an end, Sir Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde highlight the last push of the DL.  And just to spice it up, we revisit the (what we deem) most hated part of the DL field event finals process.  Lastly, drug cheats...is it possible to decrease the amount of occurrences that we are seeing pop up?  The gentlemen have some great takes on this topic, it is worth a listen for sure!  Sir Lucious steps up for RAPID FIRE and HeartBeatProps are always a great way to end the show.  So, without any further hesitation...enjoy!
