MF Athletics and the National Throws Coaches Association (NTCA) present a Virtual Throws Conference featuring Tom Pukstys. Tom is a two-time Olympian, six-time US Champion, as well as being the American record holder. He continues to train post collegiate and high school javelin throwers from around the country at his home base in Birmingham, Ala.
