The losing streak is over at three games. The Raiders take down the Cowboys in thrilling overtime fashion 36-33 thanks to a resurgent offense led by Derek Carr who bounced back nicely. Add in massive contributions by Hunter Renfrow and DeSean Jackson, and the Raiders looked like a different team offensively. We'll talk about the game, its implications and ask: what's Derek Carr's future with the Raiders if they make the playoffs vs. if they don't.
