Richard Johnson is a leading expert in all things SEC football. Born in Gainesville, Florida, RJ knew from day one that he wanted to work in sports media, preferably covering his beloved Gators. Well, he accomplished that mission rather quickly, and now makes regular national television appearances on the SEC Network, is a staff writer at Sports Illustrated, and hosts several podcasts of his own. In the pandemic, Richard took to golf with obsessive vigor, and has even taken to writing a few pieces about the sport.
