This week, the Losers discuss taking one step forward and two steps back. Whether it’s a promise we make to ourselves about meaningless sex, alcohol or White Castle cheeseburgers, every little step ahead seems to come with a side order of regression. Even though we’d like to believe we’ll never slide back into our old ways, sometimes the loving embrace of our vices is impossible to resist. But fear not! As the old adage goes: it’s about progress NOT perfection. And a little bit of self-forgiveness goes a long, long way.
