Description

Even in his early days, the Prophet's Connection (SAW) with the House of Allah?, the Ka’bah was strong and direct. The Quraysh used to be particular about others’ use of the Ka’aba and would generally keep special privileges to themselves. They would only allow outsides to wear clothes and eat food near the Ka’bah that was from the Quraysh. Abdul Muttalib, the grandfather of the Prophet SAW, used to let him sit in an ennobled space within the Ka’bah, showing his preference for him. Much later, the Prophet SAW would seclude himself in the Cave of Hira⛰️ because of all the idols? near the Ka’bah, but he would still have a direct view. This connection would only increase after he received revelation from Allah (SWT).
