Description

Episode Description: Whitesnake's guitarist Joel Hoekstra returns to the show to discuss the new Whitesnake album Flesh & Blood. We also find out if Joel has been practicing his jump shot lately to prepare for the upcoming MORC basketball game in February. What’s The Story: In May Whitesnake released it's first album of original material since 2011's Forevermore. The new "Flesh And Blood" record marks the first Whitesnake album of original material to feature guitarist Joel Hoekstra. Joel first appeared with Whitesnake on The Purple Album in 2015, which was an album re-recording some of the classic Deep Purple material. Joel is a hard working in demand guitarist that splits his time with Whitesnake, Cher, and Trans Siberian Orchestra. When he's not playing guitar he loves to practice his jump shot on the courts. We were happy to catch back up with Joel as he shared the full story on the new Flesh And Blood record which we think is awesome.
