Description

In this episode, Arno Naude tells us how he got into treating snakebite throughout Africa. To date, he has personally dealt with close to 600 snake bites, with all that experience he explains how he has NEVER seen two bites that were the same. Arno shares some of the most common reasons venomous keepers get bitten and how to avoid that, he said "don't be in a hurry to die" and will elaborate more on what that means in this episode. As keepers, we don't always realize how the snakes we keep actually affect people in rural areas where these animals come from. The effects of one bite can be so detrimental to an entire family for life and that's where the hate for snakes could stem from and if we want to change that we must realize the real reason for the fear!
