Description
College students know the struggle of finding jobs after they graduate–how can you get a job, which requires experience, when you need the experience to get a job? BitJob hopes to change that by creating an Ethereum-based, smart contracts platform that connects employers with short-term, online work to undergraduate students who are looking for work in their fields. Students can choose to be paid in fiat or bitJob's STU token. A two-way ranking system, in which employers can rate students and vice versa, helps to create dynamic resumes for students, and trust in employers using the system. It will also include a freelance segment for recent graduates, to help ease them into the job market. With business, academic, and student club partners, bitJob is set to revolutionize the way students earn money and gain occupational experience.
