Seven questions to remarkable people who have each trudged their own unique road toward self discovery and mastery.  Today we have Moshe Cohen, LCSW. Moshe is a social worker focused on enhancing and supporting the wellbeing of Young People. Moshe created his own school based life skills program and then for 8 years has worked with the safe foundation and project safe providing enrichment and psycho-education for high school aged students and as an addiction counselor at the Safe Foundation for 4 of those years.  Moshe has a private practice in Woodmere and Brooklyn helping adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, self esteem, relationship issues and addiction. Moshe also enjoys speaking at a variety of yeshiva high schools across the country on topics such as addiction, social media/ technology, healthy living, self esteem, success etc.  Moshe has been coaching basketball for last 12 years with Haftr and is currently coach for the JV team at DRS High School. Moshe Received his Masters in Social Work from the  Wurzweiler school of social work Consciously The Podcast  is a project of The Light Revealed.
