She attended Tyler School of Art and then operated a glass art and fabrication business from 2007 to 2015. In 2016, she co-founded Remark Glass, a small business in South Philadelphia. Remark's mission, through the creation of small batch home accessories made exclusively from discarded bottle glass, is to build a more sustainable art form in manufacturing practice. Remark Glass has been recognized by the City of Philadelphia as its first Gold Level Zero Waste business. They were awarded the 2019 SustainPHL Business Impact Leader award and their Champagne Bottle Mug was recognized in the 2018 DesignPhilly Best in Design competition.
