GM Mike Mayock was fired earlier this week and the team has started a GM search already. Mayock did an up and down job with the Raiders with the Draft and free agent moves. A decision is still to come on Head Coach Rich Bisaccia and QB Derek Carr. Lots of rumors swirling about Jim Harbaugh being interested in becoming the next Raiders Head Coach. The guys discuss the possibility of that happening. They take some questions. And we give out our second annual SOTN Season Awards.
