Jimmy, Vic, Ted and Tashan break down the Raiders 44-27 loss to the Colts and Defensive Coordinator Paul Guenther getting fired after the loss. The big story is that Guenther was fired a few hours after the loss and Rod Marinelli will take over as the interim defensive coordinator to finish the season. Was it Guether's schemes, was it the players signed to improve the defense that didn't or was it a combo of both? The guys think that this is a possible move to fire up the defense heading into the final 3 games of the season with their playoff hopes still alive. Getting Trent Brown and Josh Jacobs was helpful for the offense, but again the turnover bug struck. A short week for new DC Rod Marinelli as they take on the Chargers on Thursday night.
