The guys break down the Raiders 16-6 win vs the Browns in some terrible weather in Cleveland. Bad weather slowed down the offenses for a good part of the game. Raiders defense was able to slow down the Browns offense even with no pass rush once again. The long drive that ended the 3rd and went into the 4th was huge for the Raiders offense.
