Description
The first episode in a two-part series, we give you the best case for Democrats defying expectations in November and retaining the House and Senate. We had been skeptical of talk about Democrats' momentum until recently when a number of developments have led us to think the party has a chance to keep control of at least one of the two bodies of Congress. In our conversation, we discovered that we think there's a certain voting constituency -- security moms -- who might be an interesting voter group to watch this November.
Next week, we’ll air Part Two and give you the best case for Republicans flipping one or both legislatures and showing that historical precedent prevails as usual.
