Get ready for some screaming (literally) because Queen Addison Rae joins me for the latest episode of Reign! Addison also opens up about therapy, looking after her mental health, and how she deals with internal and external criticism. I love what Addison says about being her own best friend and ally, and I am definitely taking a leaf out of her book and learning to talk to myself more kindly after listening to her.
