Alabama won the College Football National Championship game last night and we opened the show today by talking about that great win over OSU. This led to us asking the audience how long they think it will be before MI or MSU make it to a national championship game again in football. We took your calls, comments, and text responses to that question – and let’s just say people aren’t holding their breath. We then moved on to talk about a huge college basketball match-up tonight between Michigan and Wisconsin. We were joined by the voice of Michigan basketball, Brian Boesch, to get his thoughts as he heads into Crisler Center for the game.
We continued to take your comments on our Huge question of the day which asked how long you think it could be before MI or MSU get to a National Championship game. We also kept the conversation rolling regarding that great match-up between the Wolverines and Badgers tonight at 7pm. We were first joined by Chris Balas to get his thoughts on how Juwan and his team should do tonight against Wisconsin. Chris also gave us a brief update on Harbaugh’s assistant search following his extension. We were then joined by Anthony Bellino from the X’s and Bro’s Morning Show so we could ask him the Huge question and to see if he thinks the Wolverines can pull out a W tonight.
In our final hour we continued to ask the audience as well as our insiders when they think MI or MSU could make it to a CFB National Championship game. We then turned back to talking about the big game between Michigan and Wisconsin tonight. We were joined by Tim McCormick to help keep the conversation rolling. Tim told us what he expects to see tonight, and also gave his thoughts on where he thinks he’ll rank Juwan and his team at the end of the season. We were then joined by Ant Wright who does some of the color commentating for Michigan games so we could get his thoughts on who he likes tonight. We wrapped up the show with our friend Tim McCullough from the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mt. Pleasant.
