It’s a different type of show today as Bill is broadcasting live from Fennville High School where “The Never Forgotten Basketball Games” will be happening in honor of the late Wes Leonard. Wes passed away unexpectedly in 2011 following a big win for him and his basketball team. Bill is also there to bring awareness to “Legacy Night” happening tonight in memory of Ryan Fischer who passed away in his sleep in 2014. These events happening are to help remember Wes and Ryan and also to create awareness for families and their children regarding being aware of your health. And with a heavy heart we also received news that PA Announcer for the Tigers, Jay Allen Swierenga, passed away this morning due to cancer. Jay fought hard and stayed positive throughout everything and he will be missed. In our final hour we played a tribute to Jay Allen Swierenga, and wrapped up the show with Wes’ mother Jocelyn Leonard.
