Description
We continue our interview series by inviting The Ringer’s Megan Schuster into the Scuderia F1 Podcast Studios to talk journalism and Formula 1. Megan is an editor at The Ringer where she has covered Formula 1, professional golf, popular culture and much more for the past six years. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Megan previously covered the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, worked as a beat reporter at the Columbia Missourian and interned at ESPN’s Grantland. Proudly a member of the Drive to Survive generation, Megan has a developed a passion for all things Formula 1 and has made regularly appearances as a host and co-host on “The Ringer F1 Show” podcast. We discuss how Megan got her start in sports journalism, her advice for people looking to enter the sports media industry, the rapid expansion of F1’s popularity in North America and the impact that an American driver could have on the sport.
