Four people shot and killed, three others wounded in a citywide spree. Memphis police were on the lookout for a suspect who livestreamed not only his intents but the actual shootings. 19-year-old repeat offender Ezekiel Kelly is also accused of two armed carjackings in his attempt to evade police. Incidents happened at at least eight different crime scenes. Kelly was arrested after crashing a stolen car.
