The Brewers selected the Boston kid with the 15th overall pick in last year's draft out of Boston College with what scouts call "high-end contact and plus-plus speed" packed into "explosive athleticism. Frelick played 35 games across three levels of the minors after he was drafted and picked up where he left off from his college season.
