The film industry can be a tough place to be. You're constantly under pressure to be creative and produce your best work. It's easy to get wrapped up in the stress of it all and forget to take care of yourself. In this episode of "A Conversation With," my special guests Mo Moshaty (Screenwriter and Journalist) and Nicole Lovince (Actress and Song Writer) discuss how to maintain your mental health in the film industry. They offer valuable tips and insight on how to manage the pressure and stay sane in this fast-paced industry.
