Deep within our being, we carry an imprint. Some would argue it is simply the byproduct of nature and nurture. Still others would propose it includes deep evolutionary tendencies. And still others would point to past lives and the nature of the soul. Regardless, there is agreement that much of this is not accessible through conventional intellectual means. Yet, some of the greatest challenges we each face and some of the most important needs of the higher self can only be addressed by finding access. Fortunately, we have been given a trail within the unconscious, and breath and feelings for finding and navigating it.
