The Heights Bar – or O’Tooles - is a small pub in LoughinIsland, a small, quiet village in County Down about 20 miles south of Belfast.  As Ireland played in the world cup, it should have been a great night for the community as they shared the experience of watching their team. But instead, the night changed to a night of horror that would never be forgotten....
