Welcome back to another discussion point and in this episode I dive slightly into a world that goes a bit untouched.  Back in 2003, I had developed anger issues. Where? How? I thad to stem from a woman I had a crush on, but then came another girl into the picture towards the latter stages of the year.  What ended up happening was these relationships came to a grinding halt, as well as my mother not having enough money to support the family because she was unemployed.  Factor all of that in and towards the end of the year, I can honestly say that this was the first time I felt "depression."  It continued building (the anger) when I lost in video games or reacted angrily towards the outcome of a basketball game.  Then, came track and field, and it benefited me for the rest of my life.
