Description

Justin Feldman joins us to discuss how the narrative on covid has largely dropped enduring racial and economic disparities in deaths, and a certain milestone we've probably crossed due to underreporting. We also discuss his recent study in JAMA showing that if everyone had died at the same rate as college-educated white people in the first year of the pandemic 71% fewer people of color would have died.

Justin Feldman is an epidemiologist of social inequality and state violence and a Health & Human Rights Fellow at the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard. You can follow him on Twitter @jfeldman_epi
