When we don’t fully understand the new, front and centre, issues, there’s a fear that we may look ‘stupid’ and no one wants that. The danger is that we’ll either run away, or pretend to understand and end up in a mess. This is often the case all hot subject of our time like diversity, inclusion, and allyship. What do they really mean and how can we address them with our teams in a thoughtful and empowering way?  
Our guest today is Julie Kratz. Julie holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is a Certified Master Coach and is a Certified Unconscious Bias Trainer.
