Our guest is the Original, one of a kind Sensei leader, Jim Bouchard. Through martial arts, Jim Bouchard transformed himself from dropout and drug addict to Black Belt, author, and internationally recognized leadership speaker. Jim is a 2004 inductee to the U.S. Martial Arts Hall of Fame and was twice featured in ‘Inside Kung Fu’ magazine. Jim has taken himself from ‘Loser’ to ‘Leader’. In over 25 years of teaching, Jim has helped thousands of people transform themselves into Black Belts, as martial artists and as Black Belt leaders.  
In 2016, he was nominated to run for Congress. Because of his faith in humanity and his belief that leaders are made not born, Jim is a volunteer mentor for incarcerated youth.  He is also the co-host of the YouTube Channel: “The Big 60 Life” with his beautiful bride Alex Armstrong. It’s a channel for people who refuse to age gracefully––who want to live it up at age 60 and beyond as "OBAs." (Old Bad Asses). On top of all that, Jim is one of the top providers of interactive keynotes and leadership programs for corporate and conference audiences around the world.
