Description

Most of us in the Reptile Community that are involved in ANY way with USARK have seen the insane legislative proposals that have been popping up all over the country over the years.  Well, right now, we NEED your help!  South Carolina is facing a NASTY ban on Black/White and Blue Tegus.  If passed, it would force people, like our friend Josh Ortiz, to liquidate his ENTIRE breeder stock of tegus - essentially costing him a HUGE portion of his livelihood!  He isn't the only person who've way of life is threatened by this bill.  Rob and I are joined by Josh Ortiz, Carlos Michaelsen, Kevin McCurley, and Phil Goss (USARK President) to discuss this horrible attempted overreaching legislation and how you can help!  To see more info, visit:  https://www.facebook.com/UnitedStates...  Comments can be submitted until Thursday, February 11th at 5PM EST.  We need all hands on deck to send comments in opposition to the Tegu Ban to board@dnr.sc.gov ASAP!  Remember!!!!  Be Polite, Be Respectful, Be Clear, and Be Direct!
