In the fall of the year most drawing things shed their foliage and settle down to rest for the winter but an impulsive teenage boy never rests. In the case of Henry Aldrich the fall air merely increases his normal speed. The scene opens in the Centreville butchers shop on Main Street. It is early afternoon. . .
