Mathew Scholtz has been a busy man. How's this sound? An engagement to his longtime girlfriend Kiara, a trip to his homeland of South Africa, and back to his U.S. home base of Woodstock, Georgia, for some pre-season testing with his Westby Racing team in preparation for the 2020 MotoAmerica Superbike Series. Scholtz, who finished sixth in the 2019 MotoAmerica Superbike Championship, is hoping for better results in 2020 and the team is working hard to get those results.
