Description
On this Gotta Watch The Tape edition of the Orange and Brown Talk Podcast, Doug Lesmerises, Ellis Williams and Scott Patsko take their turn diving into Jadeveon Clowney and exactly what he brings to the Cleveland Browns.
In the first half, Ellis looks at Clowney's pre-Browns history, then examines six plays from Clowney's recent past to discuss his style and what it means for Cleveland. First are three disruptive run plays where he attacks the backfield, then come three passing plays and his tendency to try to win on inside rushes. If he's close to his peak, there's a lot there.
In the second half, Scott looks at the corresponding loss of Sheldon Richardson and the three players that should make up the Browns' rotation at defensive tackle now -- Jordan Elliott, Andrew Billings and Malik Jackson. Could the three of them actually combine for more production than what Richardson and Larry Ogunjobi provided last season?
