Description

In this episode, Lee writes in and asks the Egg Whisperer about Seed Cycling. She wants to know if it can be done during an IVF cycle, and how. For those of you who don't know what seed cycling is, it's the use of seeds to promote healthy estrogen and progesterone production during a menstrual cycle. My short answer? I don't see why not. I don't see the seeds as being like a supplement for estrogen or a supplement for progesterone.  If they make you feel good, they are a nice healthy snack. If you like them, I'd say, go for it. If you were a patient of mine, I wouldn't say don't eat the seeds.  Watch this full episode on YouTube.
