St. Louis broke it's three game losing streak with a 5-2 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates yesterday. Nolan Arenado homered for the 4th consecutive game, Tommy Edman had a 3-hit performance and John Gant turned in the best start of his season. Paul Goldschmidt and Justin Williams continue to struggle, but the bullpen continues to pitch lights-out. In a game the Cardinals needed to win, they did- and they have the same opportunity tonight.
