Matthew received his JD and MA from the University of Illinois College of Law and received his Masters of Law LLM Cyber Law and Data Privacy from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He has been published in globally circulated academic journals and in his spare time he teaches Privacy & Security.
