The St. Louis Cardinals and Milwaukee Brewers split their doubleheader yesterday and pitching dominated on both sides. KK Kim was impressive in his return to action and the Cardinals couldn't create many chances against Josh Lindolm. In game two, Daniel Ponce de Leon went six strong innings in what was one of his most dominant starts of his career. The Cardinal offense blew many chances in game two, going 5-20 with RISP. With Jack Flaherty on the mound tonight, St. Louis can set itself up nicely for a series win on Wednesday.
