The book shows everything from their to do lists, to saved love letters, to the most empathic black and white photographs of this incredibly potent life and love story made by Nancy. It has influenced many others to photograph and tell their stories and captured the hearts of people worldwide, earning a World Press Photo award in 2016 and a Humanitarian Award two years later.
