Ruth Clampett is this weeks guest! Ruth, an author, co owner and founder of Clampett Studio Collections and daughter of the legendary Warner Brothers animator and director, Bob Clampett. I’m this episode we talk about her dad, Bob, how he got into the business, working with the other legendary Warner Brothers directors and so much more. It’s hard to state just how important Bob Clampett is. My earliest memory of any cartoons was “The Great Piggy Bank Robbery”. Until this chat I have had very vivid dreams of this cartoon for many weeks leading up to this and not realizing it why. It wasn’t until talking to Ruth that this was my first cartoon experience and I’m so thankful that it was a Clampett cartoon. Out of all of the directors, I truly feel like Bob and Tex are my guys.
