Description

Denzil and Brandon McNeilus are brothers. They're also both executives in the Rochester area of Minnesota. AND they were a part of the family business that sold in the late 90s. Back then, the family business was manufacturing concrete mixers and trash trucks. Now, Brandon is the President of Ready Mix Concrete, and Denzil is the CEO at Sterling State Bank. Even with all those accomplishments, Denzil and Brandon were kind enough to chat about the Dirt World and their journey in it.
This week on Dirt Talk, Aaron and the McNeilus brothers talk about how the family business started, how the family has continued to reinvest in the great people in their community, and why people should call them "concrete mixers" instead of "cement mixers." Denzil and Brandon were a fountain of information on topics ranging from leading teams to how concrete gets loaded into a mixer. Two very wise and very kind men. Thanks to them.
