Heather debunks the unconscious belief that so many parents have that exhaustion is simply a defining aspect of parenthood. What??? Doesn’t that just give you energy, knowing that you don’t HAVE to be drained all the time? She challenges us to look at our own life, really tap into what we truly desire, and then go after that feeling. She gives step by step instructions on how to create the life we want, NOT by doing it all, but by distilling down to doing the things that matter.
