Description
Welcome to another installment of the People of Science where we breakdown the common misconception of what someone in science is like. This week our honored guest is Wayne Neumaier, who by day is a rocket scientist for Dynetics (one of the three companies chosen for NASA's lunar landing program). By night, he is a prop builder, costume maker, and robot fabricator. You may know his a7lprops work from his operational BB8 droid, Kylo Ren cosplay or Jim Lovell Apollo Space Suit. (Don't forget the Mark Watney one either!) It was a lot of fun to talk with Wayne, learn more about his path to becoming a rocket scientist and maker of all things awesomely nerdy. As you can tell by the length of this episode we had a good time - and we could have talked for another 3 hours! We'll have to save that for next time - but for now, enjoy! Make sure to follow Wayne @a7lprops on instagram!
