Leanne Robers is the co-founder of She Loves Tech.  She Loves Tech is a global platform committed to building an ecosystem for technology, entrepreneurship and innovation that creates opportunities for women. Founded in 2015, they are the world’s largest tech startup competition focused on women-led or women-impact businesses and are currently in over 20 international locations.  It's been Leanne's purpose and mission to create a support system for women in tech and have more representation in the industry.

Leanne shares the struggles she went through growing up, what she learned from becoming a manager in her 20s leading an all male team and why it's so important for women to step into opportunities versus shying away from them.
