Adelle Platon is the editor of culture and content at TIDAL, where she produces and hosts the series, Side Hustle and In Conversation. She is also the co-founder of her sweat., a fitness lifestyle site for badass women. She used to pump out puns for Billboard as the hip-hop editor and co-host of the sports-meets-music podcast "Ballin' Out." She also hosted the 2017 GRAMMY red carpet show, which was live-streamed on social media and brought in 5.5 million views across Facebook and Twitter. Previously at VIBE, she tackled features for both dot com and the magazine, where she penned a cover story on Jhené Aiko and interviewed the likes of Janet Jackson, Spike Lee, and Oprah. Her prior experience includes interning at NY1 News, The Rachael Ray Show, NBC, and ABC's 20/20 and What Would You Do?. She was also a weekend overnight booker for ABC's Good Morning America
