Description

Chrisanna Yan is an award-winning gymnast and dancer who has trained and competed throughout North America. She was first recruited in summer camp for the competitive gymnastics program at the renowned Gymnastics Mississauga. She was recognized for her natural grace and elegance and has had floor routines that range from ballet, Spanish and jazz music which have given her a sense of versatility in her dancing today.  She has trained with top choreographers and worked with with Robin Antin, the creator of the Pussycat Dolls in Toronto.

Chrisanna shares how going after for passion for dancing has led to believe in herself and realize she can conquer anything she sets her mind to.  She also shares her confidence tips that you can use in your own journey to self confidence.
