Description

Today's discussion will discuss how evolution helped create our emotions which are necessary for our individual and social survival. We will discuss love, hate, liking, pride, shame, guilt, fear, boredom, anxiety and any others that come up during the podcast. We will expose the myths of "positive" and "negative" emotions and the notion that emotions can ever be illnesses or disorders "curable" by therapy and drugs euphemistically renamed "medication." Finally we will create a different story of what to do about powerful and painful emotions and how we can help ourselves when they are experienced.
