On today's show, we're going over some of the news and notes about next month's MLB Draft. First, we've had the first significant prep pitcher opt out to head to college, RHP Andrew Dutkanych, who is heading to Vanderbilt. There's more coming, but it raises a good question: Now that college players can receive NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) money, how does that affect the draft decisions of high school seniors and draft-eligible college guys? Next, we update the independent ball progress of pitchers that didn't get to pitch in college this year, Kumar Rocker (Frontier League) and Carson Whisenhunt (Cape Cod League). Finally, we look at some of the guys that gained some helium at the College World Series and if it's enough to push them back onto draft boards.
