Connie discusses her upcoming trip, what her training camp experience are normally like, what she is looking forward to the most, the NFL films documentary segment that was filmed about her, legends weekend, and her thoughts on Sam Darnold's potential for growth in year 2.
Then we shift gears and remember Connie's mentor, former New York Jets Head Coach Walt Michaels, who recently passed away at the age of 89.  Connie talks about Walt as a football man and helps put the coach's legacy with Gang Green in the proper perspective and tells some terrific personal stories about her time as both Michaels' colleague and friend.
