In this episode Nikki "rants" about the importance of teaching your dog to be off-leash. Many owners are so fearful of their dog running away, being hurt or just not listening they are keep their dog's on-leash without teaching off-leash manners. Dogs are off-leash more than they are on, so why not teach them to be responsive in all aspects of their life.
